Who we needA senior engineering manager with strong technical knowledge of blockchain protocols and a passion for Web3 ecosystems, who will be driving our protocol program's overall management and prosperity.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead protocol teams, including mentoring, hiring and building best practices.
Currently 3 protocol teams with 20+ engineers.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on architecture and development methodologies.
Drive the quarterly goals and strategic planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Encourage a healthy work environment where everyone feels respected, empowered and has sufficient time to enjoy life.
Stakeholder communication and management, including sharing progress and insights, managing expectations and timelines.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners and community across the ecosystems.
Proactively researching the market and industry, sharing relevant insights with the teams and evaluating other opportunities for the protocol program.
Requirements
Based in EU.
Prior experience in managing multiple teams.
Min 2 years experience in web3 and a deep technical understanding of web3 technologies and at least one ecosystem (e.g. Ethereum, Polkadot…).
At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track of team management capabilities.
