Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Performing and documenting initial evaluations and follow-up treatment visits in accordance with state practice act and consistent with current best-practices.Establishing appropriate plan of care for patients including prognosis, short/long term goals, and complete documentation in a timely manner. Prioritize a patient centered approach with a focus on patient’s desired goals and function.Regularly reassess patient progress and modify plan of care as necessary.Communicate effectively with clinic staff, physicians, and other members of the patient’s healthcare teamProviding supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants, ancillary staff, students and volunteers as requiredMaintaining a full patient caseload and remaining flexible to accommodate patients. Follow-up treatment sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes one-on-one with each patient.Requirements include:Bachelor's Degree; Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred2-4 years of experience required with Vestibular Experience; 5-8 years' preferredCurrent NJ Physical Therapy LicenseBLS CertificationAbility to work independently or as part of a team required.Advanced certification/credentials in care for vestibular conditions

Consistent continuing education in vestibular management will also be considered.
