Gap Inc’ Supply Chain Strategy team supports the development of future E2E supply chain capabilities. This role plays a critical part to drive large scale supply chain transformation programs balancing process improvement, advanced analytics, technology and change management. You are a strong problem solver with a passion drive impact and build best in class supply chain capabilities.What You'll Do

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Supply Chain Strategy : Development across Product Development, Responsive Program Management, Omni-Channel fulfilment & Return Management as well as logistics.Bring thought leadership : Stay abreast with the latest industry trends. Partner with brand and functional leaders. Educate, augment and evolve our supply chain roadmap and capabilities.Drive Change : Develop and manage large scale and complex implementations.Drive Impact : Develop financial and operational analytics capabilities to measure impact across all of our brands, business ventures and operational functions. Accompany business leaders in decision making and workforce up-skilling to drive sustainable change post-implementation.Relevant ExperienceConsulting and strategy experience leading process and capability development.Experience in product to market processes for apparel retail specifically merchandising, inventory management or other relevant experience.Who You Are

Skill SetBest-in-class project management experience leading enterprise-wide transformational programs.Ability to lead cross-functional teams of stakeholders in evaluation of hypotheses, strategic analysis/planning, and operational execution to further Gap Inc. goals and priorities.Demonstrated experience developing and refining project scope, structure, and approach, including frameworks, quantitative and qualitative analyses, and capability roadmaps.Own program governance including stakeholder/leadership engagement, analytics, metrics and reporting.Ensure relevant programs/projects are on track, including budget, timeline and scope.Anticipate roadblocks and proactively address issues before they impact business results.Engage with cross functional teams; and with change management and leading transition.Advanced data cleansing, reporting, modeling and optimization skills.Understanding/foundations in data engineering.Proficient at senior management communication.
