Our brands focus on a commitment to provide quality products and services to our customers and community partners.The company is seeking an experienced Credit Supervisor with a customer-focused approach, outstanding communication skills and a desire to grow skills and experience. This position is responsible for all aspects of accounts receivables and requires excellent relationship and customer service skills.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Work closely with and report directly to the Credit Manager.• Evaluate and maintain processes and procedures to analyze accounts and establish appropriate credit limits and approval/denial guidelines, communicating effectively with customers regarding account applications and credit decisions.• Maintain customer database and develop necessary reports for decision making.• Analyze and manage past due accounts, implementing collection procedures based on management strategy.• Effective customer communication regarding accounts receivable status, including the investigation and resolution of billing disputes.• Develop, train and monitor performance of credit staff to accomplish the required job responsibilities.• Implement new ideas, solutions and techniques for a variety of credit challenges.• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships throughout the company to ensure credit management needs are being met.• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information.• Practice punctual and reliable attendance.• Perform other duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.• Three (3)+ years of credit and collection experience.• Two (2)+ years prior positive experience supervising, leading, developing and coaching direct reports .• Proven record of strong credit and analytical skills.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate Excel skills.• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate, and effectively relay information and resolve disputes.• Possess a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Knowledge of federal and Washington state credit laws.SCHEDULEThis is a full time, in person, salaried position, typically Monday – Friday. Travel is occasionally required.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS$75,000 – $90,000 annually.
