Be a part of a culture that doesn't just wait for change but actively creates it—where your skills and values drive our collective progress and impact.The Territory Manager is responsible for the sale of the organization's product(s) in a specified region or major geographical area. Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:Demonstrate selling skills and pull-thru execution through strategically and tactically allocating resources to drives resultsDevelop effective customer relationships, and leverage those relationships to drive resultsDemonstrate baseline knowledge and understanding of business analytics including customer data, resources, and toolsDemonstrate the ability to build account and territory plansAble to utilize available data to target and access most valuable accountsDemonstrate expertise across the product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and managed careEffectively manage territory by routinely analyzing data to target high prescribing HCPsDevelop and deliver effective sales presentations on the organization’s products to target HCPsMeet or exceed established call average and sales performance expectationsDemonstrate market and industry knowledge relative to product portfolio and competitor productsUnderstand and utilize clinical and disease state knowledge and the impact on patients and providersComplete all administrative tasks in a timely mannerAttend various sales training classes, sales meetings, and national/regional conferencesQualifications:Minimum 2 years GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experienced preferred with a demonstrated track record of successResides in or within close proximity to assigned geography requiredMust have a valid driver’s license with a good driving history to drive a company vehicle.Overnight travel maybe required for this roleRequires strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skillsDriving in a geographically large territory for long periods of time each day.Lifting sample boxes (up to 25 pounds) is required for this role.
