is a pivotal senior-level individual contributor role responsible for leveraging advanced data analytics to drive strategic decisions and enhance business performance across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product departments. The role will develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize revenue and pricing models, conversion rates, user engagement, and overall business efficiency, particularly through digital channels.Key responsibilities include designing and analyzing A/B tests to refine revenue-optimizing strategies, maintaining performance metrics, and providing senior management with insights on optimization impacts. The role demands continuous improvement of data quality and analytics processes, ensuring the company stays ahead of market trends and maintains a competitive edge.As a subject matter expert in existing and new data sources, this role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to effectively communicate insights and influence business outcomes. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Detailed Job Duties:Optimize Business Performance through Data-Driven Strategies:Strategize and implement methods to boost conversion rates across digital platforms.Design, manage, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate and refine pricing strategies, promotional offers, and user experience enhancements.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, focusing on conversion rates, user engagement, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.Enhance Collaboration and Data Utilization Across Departments:Collaborate with product management, marketing, data analytics teams, and other departments like Finance and Sales to improve revenue, pricing, cost reduction, and user engagement.Provide data and analytics support, train stakeholders on reporting services, and lead the analysis process to address key business questions.Advance Data Quality and Analytical Processes:Perform a variety of data mining and analysis tasks including statistical modeling, forecasting, and root cause analysis to provide actionable insights.Build a QA practice to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data handling and test variations, and actively contribute to the development of new data sources and systems.Communicate Insights and Influence Decision-Making:Summarize findings, present recommendations, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders and senior management to ensure a clear understanding of insights and the effectiveness of strategies.Provide regular updates and actionable insights to senior management regarding the effectiveness of optimization initiatives and overall business performance.The MUST Haves:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.Five or more (5+) years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, data scientist, or related role.Expertise in analyzing data across multiple sources and developing compelling insights.Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently extract and analyze data from various databases to support decision-making and project performance.Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc.)Experience designing and implementing A/B tests.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining detail-oriented.Pay TransparencyThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $142,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance. Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
