Partnering closely with channel leads and cross-functional partners, this role will enable and accelerate profitable growth. What You'll Do

Develop, in partnership with Brand Marketing and Product teams, a holistic approach to the Brand Commercial Plan, inclusive of brand activations, events, and promotions threading end-to-end customer journey to ensure maximum impact,Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) end to end process with cross functional Ops partners process to help drive pre-season and in-season planning discussions,Balance driving customer acquisition and LTV through brand-right moments while also addressing short-term business needs,Partner with Finance and Product teams to understand business performance and lead thinking on how to accelerate / address when needed,Hindsight GTM activities against Brand goals to drive recommendations for future,Participate in long-range planning (LRP).Who You Are

The right candidate is a collaborative problem-solver and an execution driver who can balance strategy with execution. A collaborative style of working and a growth mentality are must-haves. Reporting in through the CFO/COO, you will also play a significant role in providing insightful analysis to drive recommendations to the leadership team.Customer-first mindset in driving decision-making, while balancing financial goals and objectives; ability to manage to multiple stakeholdersUnderstanding of the levers and unlocks needed to run both digital and brick-and-mortar businesses, while maintaining an omni lensStrong operational skills and curiosity on end-to-end customer journey to help drive efficiencyStrategically-inclined with the ability to understand and prioritize what matters in driving meaningful, sustainable growthStrong financial acumen; understanding of full P&L and levers/trade-offs to drive profitable growthExceptional influencing skills and collaborative mindset
