Executive Director, Holistic Health Operations

Reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Health, Wellbeing & Safety (HWS), the Executive Director for Holistic Health Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the achievement of the mission of UCR's health and well-being services while providing strategic and operational leadership. The incumbent in this role leads the establishment of the goals and objectives for Student Health Services, Mental Health Services and Initiatives, and the Health Education and Promotion Department [The Well].

The Executive Director analyzes and evaluates service delivery in relation to changing student needs, cultural diversity, market forces, public health concerns, technology requirements, accreditation, licensing, and funding. They will also monitor service utilization and financial costs to ensure the viability and success of the university insurance plan at the campus level. This role will lead key senior leaders in designing the most cost-effective use of space for service delivery, effectively projecting for sustained and continuous growth. Additionally, they will inform the Vice Chancellor of issues of managerial or political significance. This includes comprehensive outpatient medical and mental health services, student health insurance, campus mental health outreach and consultation services, health education programs, and engagement of campus/community partners.

The full salary range for the Executive Director of Holistic Health Services is $123,000 - $241,400 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
