3-5 years of experience practicing real estate lawJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for reciprocityStrong understanding of real estate laws and regulationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsEducation:
