IT Back Office Solutions will beresponsible for applying business and technical expertise to design, implementand support new business capabilities into Client’s OneStream systems andrelated third party systems.This rolewill lead and/or participate in global projects in Finance, focusing primarilyon the Consolidations and Reconciliations processes and integrations withClient’s SAP ERP system.Thisposition is part of the IT Applications Back Office team and will be located remotelyanywhere and or in Sunnyvale, California.In thisrole, you will have the opportunity to:·
Establishrelationships primarily with Accounting and external third-party vendorsglobally and secondarily with other department functions to drive dailymanagement and problem solving around Consolidations and Reconciliation,related issues·
Configure and maintain OneStream Consolidations andReconciliations and (or other modules as needed) to meet business requirements,including integration points with other OneStream modules or other peripheralsystem applications·
Collaborate with business teams globally to gain a deepunderstanding of business processes and requirements and design, develop, andtest system solutions to address business requirements.·
Lead implementation projects in alignment with Cepheid IT’smethodologies and governance model and collaborate with other IT teams toensure solution designs are well integrated and aligned to the overallenterprise architectureTheessential requirements of the job include:·
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Business, (or related) orthe equivalent in work experience plus 13 + years of experience in theInformation technology profession focused on ERP design, implementation whichinclude project management.·
8 + years of functional design, implementation, support of OneStream,Consolidations Reconciliations, Task Manager or FP&A modules and related Accountingand Finance processes and experience in SAP configuration and businessprocesses and module understanding in FICO, SD and MM·
Business process and configuration, interface mapping, IDOCsknowledge related to 3PL integration·
Experience in Performance Management platforms and applicationconnecting to SAP and good understanding of integration with other businessapplications (Microsoft Power BI, Vertex, BillTrust etc)·
Experience in other related areas such as Order to Cash, P2P,Intercompany Eliminations, Reporting, Queries.It wouldbe a plus if you also possess previous experience in:·
Certification in OneStream; OCP Lead Architect with healthcare orlife science industry,·
PMP and or CSM Certification·
Experience in peripheral applications such as Hyperion HFM,Planning, Essbase or CPMExperience in handling validated systems
