The company operates over 220 alternative fueling stations, specializing in clean fuel products such as Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), Hydrogen Fuel, Renewable Diesel, Biodiesel, and EV Fleet Charging.WHAT WE OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES:Competitive hourly pay determined upon location and level of experience.Overtime to be paid starting at 40 hours worked per week.Performance-based quarterly and annual bonuses.Company provided vehicle and cellular device.Company provided uniform package.Medical, Dental, and Vision plans effective 1st of the month following first 30 days of employment.Paid Vacation, Personal days, Holiday, and Sick Time.401(k) savings plan with company match up to 5%.Company paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life, and Accidental Disability/Death Insurance.Voluntary Accident, Supplemental Life, Critical Illness, Indemnity, Pet, and Telemedicine Insurance and more.Extensive on-the-job training and personal development plans.Freedom to work independently.SUMMARY OF POSITION:As a Natural Gas Service Technician, your primary responsibility is to maintain, adjust, diagnose, rebuild, and make periodic inspections of electrical and mechanical equipment at Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Plants, Hydrogen Fueling stations, and EV Charging stations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive a company vehicle to or between company sites to perform daily preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment related to CNG, RNG, Hydrogen, and EV Charging stations.Diagnose, repair, replace, and adjust malfunctioning equipment including compressors, pumps, engines, and more.Perform inspections and document all activity in applicable online platforms.Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and company regulations.General maintenance of stations including cleaning and landscape maintenance.Maintain professional communication with dispatch, peers, and management.Follow company guidelines regarding professional conduct.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Must be at least 18 years of age.High School diploma or GED required.Valid Driver’s License required.Knowledge and/or experience in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, HVAC, and high-pressure gases preferred.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to interpret service software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to execute mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Availability to respond to on-call service requests, 24/7.Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.Physically able to perform inspections and maintenance tasks.Willingness to operate under all types of weather conditions.Required travel as needed.Required to provide own tools for maintenance and repairs.BACKGROUND CHECKS:
