Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of web applications and password-less single sign-on experiences to ensure enterprise-grade qualityIdentify usability and consistency improvements for the benefit of end usersCreatively identify and test failure conditions, edge cases, and user flows that are not necessarily defined in feature acceptance criteriaTrack production bugs and collaborate with developers and QA teammates to improve development and testing processesParticipate in a scrum-based agile development process with global team membersRequirements
2+ years performing manual and automated testing of web applicationsExperience with application testing on Mac, Windows, iOS, and/or AndroidFamiliarity with user directory technologies like Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure), and OktaExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with a global teamNice to Have
Understanding of single sign-on concepts and familiarity with common protocols like SAML and OpenID ConnectExperience with programming, scripting, and/or test automationExperience with test automation frameworks such as Robot, Katalon Studio, Selenium WebDriver, etc.Familiarity with cloud service providers, especially AWSFamiliarity with multifactor authentication systemsExperience with common IT products and practicesIf you are a passionate QA engineer and eager to contribute to innovative solutions, we encourage you to apply!
