Down to Earth is seeking a meticulous and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.Key Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor files.Resolve invoice discrepancies and correspond with vendors and internal departments.Assist with month-end closing and provide supporting documentation for audits.Starting Pay
