Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.Lead complex initiatives with Salesforce CRM.Lead, design, develop, test and implement applications and system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies.Resolve coding, testing and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging nature.Lead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.Mentor less experienced software engineers.Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers.Partner with production support (L1 & L2) and platform engineering teams effectively for support and deployment.
