Private Client Services Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a motivated Private Client Services Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should be a recent law school graduate with 1-3 years of experience and a strong interest in the Private Client Services industry. This role requires the candidate to be licensed to practice in the State of California and have a demonstrated interest in technical tax practice through coursework, prior experience, or an LL.M. program.Duties:Provide legal counsel to high-net-worth individuals on estate planning, wealth transfer, and asset protection strategies.Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.Advise clients on tax implications related to estate planning and wealth preservation.Handle probate and trust administration matters.Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals on complex estate planning cases.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.1-3 years of relevant experience in Private Client Services or related fields.Strong academic credentials and demonstrated interest in tax law.Education and Certifications:Licensed to practice law in the State of California.LL.M. in Taxation or coursework in tax law (preferred but not required).Skills:Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
