Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadingsWork on discoveryConduct researchAttend and conduct Depositions and Mediations through TrialNegotiate settlements for legal disputesRepresent clients in courtPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of lawSkills & Requirements Include:
Member of the California Bar and in good standing5+ years experience in transactional and litigation law for Plaintiff and Defendant workProficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat requiredExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a professional environment and maintain a professional demeanor in all situations, including the ability to remain calm and efficient during stressful situationsSelf-sufficient and able to work independentlySeniority level
