Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include supporting digital operations including translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, analyzing key performance indicators, product risks and controls, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports delivery of world-class software solutions within time, scope, and budget to provide an enhanced digital experience to clients
  • Contributes towards operational routines, the day-to-day health of digital capabilities, resolution of defects, routing of complaints, and performance metrics results
  • Conducts project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program vision and roadmap
  • Performs analysis to capture and report key performance indicators and return on investment of products
  • Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
  • Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
  • Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle
  • Responsible for partnering with our Digital platform teams (1) Online Platform and Shared Services and (2) Mobile platform leads to mitigate risks and (3) Wealth Investments and Retirement Delivery
  • Assesses new and existing processes and ensure appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risk
  • Manages PRC/SPI Controls including: metrics, reporting, required attestations
  • Consults on appropriate risk mitigation and technical solutions
  • Leads audit issues to successful and on-time conclusion. Execute issue management processes and tools across Digital Products and Platforms
  • Drives adherence to enterprise-wide standards while acting as an ambassador of the risk culture including day to day interaction with Product / Process partners, Risk partners and Business Controls partners
  • Drives out effective actions plans, reinforce established tools, and follow documented procedures


Required Qualificaions:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of GWIM and Wealth processes
  • Working knowledge of Consumer and Small Business
  • Business Operations or Controls Experience
  • Experience leading audit issue remediation
  • Experience leading/participating in technology dependent projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple business/partners
  • Acts as ambassador of risk culture
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple responsibilities; project management skills
  • Demonstrates complex problem solving skills with ability to escalate and gain resolution as needed
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and complete quality deliverables on time
  • Experience managing projects or audit issues with complex technical solutions.
  • Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, PowerPoint)
