Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionThe Staff Product Manager will deliver products and solutions leveraging IAM (e.g., OAuth), EMV 3DS, FIDO, and other software-based technologies as a member of Visa’s Authentication and Identity Global Product team. The Authentication & Identity Global Product team contributes to consumer payments products, with solutions covering both business-to-business and business-to-consumer use cases.The Staff Product Manager will be responsible for the delivery of products and features in collaboration with the Technology organization. This position will work closely with various teams across Visa to successfully identify, define, and deliver secure, valuable authentication solutions and scale our business in new ways.  This position will translate business needs and technology assets into product requirements for emerging solutions that deliver new capabilities. The role requires a broad range of pragmatic product building skills – familiarity with digital authentication and payment technologies and the ability to identify efficiencies and opportunities. The primary responsibility will be authoring requirements and executing on delivery of those requirements based on overall team and company objectives. Represent the team in various update meetings and be part of client meetings to guide them in the process. Responsible for early identification of issues, determining potential resolutions, communicating status, tracking, and resolving them in a timely manner.This role is global and will work directly with team leadership to balance regional and global opportunities to achieve overall solution and platform objectives. Accomplishing this will require a nuanced ability to identify creative solutions and execute on small delivery iterations in direct partnership with engineering teams.Essential Functions:Analyze and synthesize data into content that can be used to define roadmap, prioritization, and product vision and strategyWork with regional teams and clients to gather product feedback that will inform roadmap, prioritization, and product vision and strategyWrite product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaWork cross-functionally across Authentication and Identity to ensure solutions are appropriately built and operationalizedWork with governance and sourcing groups to vet new solutions or features and gain necessary approvals for launchLiaise with other business units, product managers, engineering and other applicable groups to ensure flawless executionManage post-release feature management measurement of adoption, performance, and the need for reiterations for release in collaboration with product marketing and client success teamLead technical discussions with a high level of independenceEnable development of the core platform along with feature sets spanning the end-to-end lifecycleProvide ongoing communication of project status, action plan and recommendations to stakeholders including senior leadership on an ongoing basisDevelop concise product materials to document the product features to educate stakeholders (e.g., Product Guides, Integration Guides, Release Notes)Proactively identify gaps in the current product offering and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business valueOpen to fill if near Visa office located in Ashburn, New York, SF/Foster City, Mentor, and AustinThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
