The driving force behind a strong IT Team is a skilled and dedicated project management team. We're searching for a highly qualified project manager to support our efforts in the areas of project planning, management, and execution. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in developing, overseeing, and analyzing project plans. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant stakeholders, ensuring goals and outcomes are being achieved. This position requires a skilled, versatile, and detail-oriented project manager with a knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, and excellent communication skills.

How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Drives the project planning for IT-related initiatives and projects in alignment with internal Agile methodology standards and processes.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and/or third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the acceptable margin of error for time, scope, resources, and budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility within capacity and resource limits.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Support the relationships and communication between technology leaders and internal stakeholders, and escalate issues or performance matters as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address project performance gaps and drive continuous improvement in IT project management.
  • Other relevant job duties as assigned or required.


How Will You Get Here?

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • 10+ years in other project-related work.
  • Experience in tax, accounting, or financial services is preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management methods and standards (Waterfall, PMBOK, CPM, CCPM, Kanban, XP, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of at least one Agile methodology framework (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or similar).
  • Experience with Monday is a plus.
  • Exceptional professional and interpersonal skills; able to interact well with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Initiative to manage job-related continuing education, keep abreast of current trends in IT Project Management, and a desire to learn and change.
