Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.We serve our clients through the following types of work:Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design, and development (web, mobile, social, physical)eCommerce strategy, implementation, and operationsMarketing Content and digital asset management solutionsMarketing Technology and Communication Technology solutionsMarketing analytics implementation and operationsAcquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development, and executionAgile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate resultsWork you'll do:Marketing and advertising analytics are at the forefront of guiding data-driven strategies by leveraging emerging technologies, keen analytical abilities, and a laser focus on addressing the client’s business initiatives, rooted in data. Marketing and advertising analytics are a critical influencer in what drives marketing success and is in constant exploration for clients as the discipline of a data-first mentality evolves marketing.The Functional Lead is responsible for the prioritization, selection, and functional design of new Marketing Cloud campaigns, collaborating with key stakeholders and business customers to refine SFMC needs and objectives.Key responsibilities include:Co-lead CR and funding tracker with technical leadCo-own project plan and roadmap with technical leadOversee functional aspects of all campaigns including functional discovery, design, functional QA, functional testing, functional cutover, etc.Manage day-to-day activities and performance of functional teamLead campaign prioritization sessions with the client and manage campaign backlogOwn new or ad hoc campaigns as neededOversee impact reports, bi-weekly reports, and monthly M&O reportsCommunicate key go-live updates, risks, project status, etc. to the clientManage functional hours and confirm team is fully utilizedQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the field of communications, creative writing, journalism, public relations, or something similar4+ years of experience in email marketing campaign strategies and reporting2+ years of experience collaborating with key stakeholders and business customers to refine SFMC needs and objectives and develop new Marketing Cloud campaignsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureAbility to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred:2+ years of audience discovery and segmentation, measurement, modeling strategy, and data qualityKnowledge of paid, owned, and earned media advertising, with a focus of analytical expertise in one or more of the following: omnichannel, media (display, paid search, programmatic, paid social), organic social, social listening/trend identification, site, app, email/CRM, voice of the customer/brand studies, or SEOExperience supporting and/or leading delivery teams while partnering with internal cross-functional teamsStrong client facing experiencePossess strong time management skills to ensure accurate delivery while leading a single workstream and a team of analystsKnowledge of industry trends and upcoming changes in marketing measurement best practicesInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation:#LI-AS8 Recruiting tipsFrom developing a stand out resume to putting your best foot forward in the interview, we want you to feel prepared and confident as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
