National Accounts Manager
role will be responsible for the development and execution of direct and indirect sales strategy for the CASE Construction Brand with National Rental, Regional Rental, Federal government and Corporate Business Accounts.Responsibilities
Provide Leadership to advise sales organization to National Rental, Regional Rental Accounts.
Direct/indirect sales to large Corporate Business Accounts (ie, large contractors, major utility companies, etc.).Develop and implement sales strategy and align with large, cross-functional teams.Achieve revenue and profitability targets.Responsible to develop short and long term forecasting and work with Production Planning for targeted customer base.Negotiate and handle commercial contracts/agreements between company and customersManages overall relationship with new and existing customer base in order to influence top decision-makers and proposing, negotiating and closing opportunities.Works with industry and company partners to profitably grow customer base and sales and support opportunities.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceAt least 7 years' experience dealing with National and/or Corporate AccountsAt least 5 years' experience leading cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsIn-depth understanding of sales performance metricsHands on experience with CRM software
