Description

The Project Executive - Commercial Construction - Greensboro will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating and managing all necessary project resources from start to finish on time and within budget in a highly collaborative environment.
• Managing personnel development for the junior members of the Greensboro team
• Ensuring safety inspections are completed weekly across all projects
• Precon responsibilities such as scope review, schedule creation, permitting, value engineering, estimate reviews
• Budget Reviews and Schedule Reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Labor resource management for projects
• Must be a strategic problem solver who can add value
• May work with preconstruction team in development of project
• Managing budget and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budget.

Profile

The successful Project Executive - Commercial Construction - Greensboro will have the following experience:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
• 10M+ construction project experience preferred
• Applicable project management software knowledge (MS Office, Adobe, ProCore, etc)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Local to Greensboro required
• Local connections to subcontractors, vendors, and/or clients in the Triad market

Job Offer

The successful Project Executive - Commercial Construction - Greensboro will receive:

• Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $140,000-$150,000
• Discretionary bonus based on company performance
