Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be a key player in our growth strategy, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maximizing revenue streams. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our business objectives. Your passion for hospitality and your ability to understand and anticipate client needs will be crucial in driving our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Identify and target new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market shifts.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our client base.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.Location Description

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Willingness to travel as needed.What We Offer:
