Senior Project Manager
(Venues), you will manage the delivery of successful project outcomes, through the delivery of multiple streams of project activities and other value adding activities to ensure that full business benefits realisation is obtained.As a generalist, the role will work closely with the business and technology teams. You will have knowledge of building Portals for online systems for the purpose of providing support to all our venues bar staff. The role is required to manage the stages of the project lifecycle, including Concept, Plan, Delivery and Embedding the project outcomes.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:Obtaining the validation of the Business Case based on a Best, Worst, Most Likely scenario construct, as well as the Continual validation of the Business Case with the Project SponsorOperating within the requirements specified by the organisation’s operating mode, including the Delivery Framework and the Governance FrameworkEnd to end coordinated management of all project streams and stage gates in accordance with the requirements of the organisationAgreeing & managing to the Sponsor & Steering Committees realistic expectations on project Scope, Time, Cost & Quality, and delivering against these key measures.Providing the Sponsor & Steering Committees with on-going confidence on project delivery certainty & peoples capacity/ability to apply the new capabilityEnsuring all project component delivery/operational/regulatory/reputation risk impacts are maintained within acceptable and agreed parametersEnsuring Architectural alignment with the organisation’s Business & Technology requirementsSecuring project resources with the necessary experience aligned to the complexity of the task or if the appropriate resources are not available instituting a resource risk minimisation planEnsuring supplier vendors are fully aligned with project goals, the organisation’s Project Management requirements & ValuesAssisting with the creation of the organisation’s future capability by gathering and documenting Lessons Learned
QualificationsNow let’s talk about you:Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or similar roleProven knowledge building portals using SAP RetailRelevant undergraduate qualifications.Relevant project management qualifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional)Retail and/or FMCG experience.Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) is desirable.Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skillsAbility to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with othersStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniquesProficient in the use of applications including but not limited to presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.The benefits are good too!We offer flexible working in every senseAn exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphy’s, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including our ALH pubsMonthly meeting-free daysYour health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, it’s our first priority.
