Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Account Executive to uncover business opportunities and cultivate enduring customer relationships across the Alexandria, Louisiana market and beyond. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who can function with autonomy and independence, conducting thoughtful exploratory conversations with business owners to identify their goals and objectives. Your mission is to expand our client roster in Alexandria and explore regional sales opportunities across Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Texas, significantly impacting our growth by leveraging the rich potential of both local and regional markets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct insightful exploratory conversations with business owners to identify their goals and objectives.
Craft and implement strategic marketing campaigns that utilize a combination of full-funnel advertising tactics to fulfill and surpass our clients' goals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting potential clients to sealing the deal.
Utilize networking to uncover new sales opportunities, fostering them into enduring partnerships.
Showcase our unique digital and broadcast media advertising solutions to prospective clients.
Deliver exceptional post-sale support to boost client loyalty.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure alignment with their evolving needs.
Negotiate deals and maintain comprehensive records of sales and client interactions.
Requirements:
Proven track record as an Account Executive or in roles centered around sales/customer service.
A minimum of 2 years in advertising and digital marketing sales is advantageous.
Proficiency in market research, sales techniques, and negotiation.
Strong capabilities in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a knack for relationship-building.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Keen business insight.
A reservoir of enthusiasm and passion.
Education:
High school diploma required.
A BS or BA in business administration, sales, advertising, or marketing is preferred but not essential.
