A leading growing global mid-sized company that markets highly accurate diagnostics reagents and instrument systems solutions aimed at infectious diseases, immunology, transfusion, blood banks, and serology diagnostic testing is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager for its Wisconsin location. The firm markets a complete line of serology-based reagents, instruments, and molecular transfusion products into hospitals, blood banks, and commercial laboratories.The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leadership of their Wisconsin Supply Chain operations to include Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Management, Logistics/Distribution, Purchasing, and P&L accountability and ownership. He/She will bring a corporate-level mindset to understand and address all internal and external customer needs. This manager will develop, maintain, and report all SIOP and Supply Chain KPIs while also driving a mindset of continuous improvement, professional growth, and development, ensuring a strong focus on Quality, Regulatory, and cGMP compliance.Knowledge & Skills

Key Duties, Activities and Responsibilities:Establish regular communication with Quality to address issues with suppliers related to compliance and identify ways in which to mitigate in the future.Lead from an expectation that Quality, Compliance, and Safety are core values. Ensure the supply chain is compliant with FDA regulations and defined company SOPs; proactively addressing revisions to SOPs and monitoring regulatory changes.Work directly with members of the Operations Leadership Team to manage timely product flow throughout all stages of production from raw materials to finished goods.Drive supply chain excellence and efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste and non-value added work across the company supply chain network from purchasing through distribution.Lead analysis to identify drivers for scrap/destruction and reduce them significantly. Ensure link in demand forecasting worldwide.Manage metrics and ensure transparency into all areas of manufacturing to analyze and drive Just In Time (JIT) inventory practices, meet cycle demand, and satisfy customer expectations ensuring the department is complying with appropriate practices and meeting metrics.Manage production planning functions from raw material to finished goods.Manage cycle counts timely across the entire supply chain to ensure accurate inventory valuation and availability of components for supply chain continuity.Identify efforts to ensure manufacturing processes and infrastructure are robust enough to handle organizational growth, customer expectations, and alignment with corporate strategy and tie 'full circle' with our procurement and order fulfillment needs ensuring appropriate resources are engaged to fulfill these efforts.Work Experience, Skills and Education Required:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.APICS or ISM certification preferred.SAP knowledge and/or experience preferred.Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate with a wide range of audiences.A team player with a collaborative approach to work.Experience identifying, implementing, and managing business metrics.Demonstrated experience developing staff and teams.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.Knowledge/follow standards of SOX, FDA, CFR, and ISO.
