1-2 years of experience in promotional marketing, retail, sales, or customer serviceEagerness to learn and develop professional skills continuouslyExceptional customer service and communication abilitiesPositive attitude and competitive natureCapability to stand for extended periodsStrong problem-solving skillsThrive in a fast-paced marketing and sales environmentComfortable speaking in front of both small and large groupsEnthusiastic about working in retail, marketing, sales, or promotional event fields
