If you consider yourself an effective and trustworthy Executive Administrator with a knack for project management, this could be the job for you!About the Job:Act as an extension for your executive to provide project management support including participating in meetings and following up on action items. Stay up to date on internal objectives, communicating with external and internal stakeholders.Coordinate a complex schedule including updates and adjustments to ensure all parties involved are properly informed.Prepare and distribute meeting briefs and materials, take active meeting notes and provide follow-up on action items, including but not limited to, board meeting tasks.Book, adjust and monitor travel booking needs alongside ground transportation, hotel accommodations and itineraries.Create engaging presentations, charts, and reports. Update and maintain document templates, ensuring that materials and presentations to internal stakeholders, Board of Trustees, Board of Trustees committees, and other groups are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.Ensure in-person events, meetings and appointments are seamless from creation to execution, including communication, materials, catering needs, IT and room booking.Track and monitor budgetary guidelines, expense reports, and financial tracking needs across spreadsheets and Excel.Provide ad hoc special project support.About the Culture:This organization offers extremely competitive paid time off as well as generous retirement benefits and more.This role offers a hybrid work model with a metro-accessible office location.This culture encourages seeking professional development and learning opportunities from active participation in seminars, conferences, and other academic activities.About You:Driven. You have at least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting busy executives. Candidates with non-profit experience are encouraged to apply!High performer.
