to work with general contractors selling our products and services.Major ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed sales budgetDevelop relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationshipsUnderstand and develop sales techniques that foster relationship sellingDiligent bid follow up leading to closing salesLearn how to properly scope a project with a general contractorResearch any potential new projects that we have not already bidVisit general contractors to look for projects we are not already biddingOrganize daily/weekly activities with a focus in mind that drives face-to-face customer developmentDevelop technical aspects of business that allow you to resolve many field problems and to become a resource for your customers needsLearn LaForce system of doing businessAssist with preliminary budgetsDevelop a thorough understanding of all departments within LaForce and how to utilize each area of expertiseCollaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are metDrive sales growth by overcoming objections and obstaclesAttend business development networking events, occasionally on nights/weekends

Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree and 2-3 years related outside sales (B2B) experienceAbility to meet or exceed sales goalsAbility to work independently, be self-motivated and demonstrate initiativeStrong communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with clientsAbility to think strategically and solve problemsStrong computer skillsValid driver's license with good driving record and proof of insurance required
