Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Bethesda

Home Helpers of Olney in Montgomery County is looking for passionate and caring CNAs that can start immediately (FULL-TIME 36 hours per week). We are a part of a 27-year-old franchise that is eager to grow our team by offering a stable career path to compassionate Caregivers who provide one-on-one in-home companion care and daily living assistance to the elderly and those requiring recuperative or continuing care. Shift: Monday - Saturday - 9:00am - 3:00pm (36 hours guarenteed)

Qualifications:

Current CNA licenseCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationAt least 2 years of experience in the fieldMust have valid driver's license and auto insuranceMust have reliable transportationMust have good oral and written communication skillsMust be able to understand care plans and assessmentsMust have current doctor's health clearance to work which includes a negative TB testResponsibilities to include but not limited to:

Personal Care (Bathing, dressing, and transfer)Meal preparationLight housekeepingMonitor and report physical and behavioral changesAssist with medication remindersEngage the client in conversation and activities

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
