Snap! Mobile is looking for a stellar

Enterprise Account Executive

to join our Enterprise team, selling our athletic and financial management solutions. The Enterprise Account Executive cultivates and closes new enterprise-level relationships, with a focus on growing our footprint with high-potential customers and quarterbacking enterprise-wide deals from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be curious by nature and possess a consistent track record of sales over-achievement. This role should utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close and be comfortable selling to key decision-makers at all levels.

A successful candidate is self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, and adaptable, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities. A “can-do” attitude is required, and the person must thrive in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. The applicant must be comfortable and self-assured working in a remote setting and have the ability to think quickly under pressure.

We now utilize those skills and tools in an effort to give back to education-based athletics administrators, coaches, and group leaders who are focused on helping the next generation through athletics and extracurricular activities.

This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities:Drive key Account Executive outcomes by illuminating pain points and prescribing consultative solutions through the Snap! Mobile platform.Qualify sales opportunities based on the MEDDIC sales qualification methodology to identify customer fit and success criteria.Cater sales process to align with buyer persona type, tailor multi-product demonstration to opportunities, and set next steps on every call with the buyer.Identify, source, and secure business opportunities, managing prospects through the entire sales cycle by building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.Split activities between working opportunities from Marketing, Partnerships, Field Sales, and self-sourced through cold calls, emails, and social prospecting using personalized messaging to target prospects.Coordinate high-level strategic direction with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to set strong expectations for customers.Knowledge of youth sports and excitement to sell on the big-picture impact our organization is having on schools and youth organizations.Work strategically with leadership to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities or challenges, and provide recommended solutions.Keep informed of product lines, competition, and industry trends that may impact client business activities.

What we are looking for in you:3+ years in a full-cycle SaaS sales roles with experience selling to small-mid size organizations.Track record of over-achieving individual sales quotas (top 10-20% of company) in past positions.Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.Forecasting and pipeline development skills are required.Proven client satisfaction, track record, & strong team player.Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging for multiple solutions.Experience working with HubSpot or alternative CRM preferred.Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Willingness to travel up to 15%, as needed.

Compensation:

Base $70-80K with OTE $145K-$155K Depending on level of experience.
