JOB SUMMARYThis job manages the Organization's Pharmaceutical procurement operations, including all policies, processes, and systems. In this centralized role, the incumbent partners closely with functional areas (e.g., Accounts Payable, Finance, etc.) while delivering efficient and highest quality procurement operations to fulfill their needs. Works cross-functionally with category management, finance and businesses to ensure operational excellence across all procurement activities, including supplier/master data management, procurement technology, requisition approval cycle time, purchase order creation, and any KPI/SLA adherence as applicable. The incumbent leverages experience and expertise to drive productivity improvements in procurement operations and to influence partners to improve the end-to-end supply chain.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESPerform

lities including, but not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develops and implements policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.Lead the team to dispatch purchase orders against the defined category strategies and executed souring projects. Team will monitor and execute the end-to-end process related to standard purchase order based P2P flow path including PO dispatch, monitoring and expediting and invoice issue resolution. In addition, responsible for any audits associated with the P2P controls identified in the documented flow paths.Collaborate with the Category Management team to ensure sourcing projects are implemented in the transaction system in a quality and effective manner.Lead the team to manage the full end-to-end implementation, monitoring and management of the service procurement process. Team manages the day-to-day activities related to supplier on-boarding, transaction management, vendor performance management and reporting, and demand fulfillment. Ensure alignment with HR on contingent labor requirements and ensure the proper deployment of all contingent labor policies and requirements.Develop, implement and monitor the procurement technology strategy and all projects related to system and process implementations.Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor the health and quality of all P2P transactions to ensure the timely delivery of services and goods, proper alignment with the Organization’s commercial and contractual requirements, mitigation of risk and accurate and timely payment for goods and services.Responsible for compliance and quality improvements in supplier data management as a service to the Procurement organization, and will also support supplier data analytics and reporting.Maintain accurate vendor information in all Procurement systems and tools to support category sourcing analytics, strategies and implementation of new supply commitments as well as advanced electronic business initiatives with suppliers.Manage stakeholder alignment and satisfaction; develop and retain effective working relationships with business partners while providing specific direction to team members; and review relevant KPI’s and identify problem areas for closer analysis and action.Other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONRequiredBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration/Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.SubstitutionsNonePreferredMasters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business
