This is a challenging, dynamic position with high earnings potential and opportunities for career advancement.The Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package. A motivated and driven individual can earn up to and beyond a six-figure income.Our Account managers create and nurture ongoing relationship contacts with our number one customer – our dealers. Your objective is to increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers who will be a good fit. Your ability to identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers around the US from our headquarters office locations.This is a full-time position including full-time benefits. Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise DealershipsIdentify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to youFollow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise DealershipsDevelop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communitiesConstant and effective communication via phone, email and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirementsProvide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership PartnersQualifications

Qualities we look for in our Account Manager - Internal Sales Representative?

Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred)1-2 year’s previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of successHigh School Diploma requiredCollege degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniquesClear and effective presentation skillsStrong Interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniquesStrong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technologyGoal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancementAble to communicate and work amicably with diverse teamsWhat is our pay plan?

Hourly position, $17.28/hr + performance-based commissions and bonuses6 month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 monthly + commission and bonusesAverage rep earnings after 1 year - $160,000.00Average earnings of the top 25% reps - $245,00.00Average earnings of the top 50 reps - $305,000.00No limit on commissionsThe exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.What do we offer?
