Regional Sales Manager

to drive sales in the North Central regions. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, we are looking for individuals that can thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a positive can-do attitude, impeccable integrity, and excellent communication skills.

We're seeking a candidate eager to tackle the challenge of delivering top-notch engineered solutions for motion products, particularly in harsh and extreme environments. This role, based in a home office, offers travel opportunities aligned with performance expectations.

BS/BA degree preferred 5-8 years of experience in technical/complex selling of automation and motion control products to industrial OEM, end user and distributor accounts Effective at setting, evaluating, and executing individual and regional goals that create a dynamic results-oriented sales environment aligned with the company's culture and core values. Responsible for performance of Manufacturing Reps assigned to territory Lead product and application training at OEM, ASP, and key distributor locations Ability to sell added-value solutions by leveraging differentiation and creating a competitive advantage Excellent presentation skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills Effective use of core technology tools; CRM system, dashboards, and MS Office (i.e. digital selling tools) Strong critical thinking and listening skills, along with a strong desire to produce exceptional results and build customer advocacy Represent BW in a positive light by being recognized as a go-to resource that strengthens customer relationships, building advocacy and sustainable business levels What BW brings to the table:
