Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation. Classroom instruction is at least 50% of your weekly schedule.Communicator:
Build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and support your center’s success.Mentor:
Assist with the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow Teachers, creating fun, interactive learning experiences.Leader:
Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.Expert:
