The Senior Account Executive is a highly motivated sales hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrable history of outside sales success. Responsible for selling end-to-end technology solutions, including professional services, managed services, and hardware/software as they relate to Virtualization, Cloud, Security, and Storage. The Senior Account Executive will network, prospect, and sell high and wide within the accounts that are developed and have direct interaction with executive management and technical presales for support in closing opportunities.

Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Retain and grow volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned large-customer relationships.Meet or exceed sales quota expectations for services revenue on a consistent, sustained basis, as defined by the SVP of Sales.Manage a portfolio of accounts as well as being able to hunt and add new accounts to your portfolio to achieve monthly quotas and overall long-term success.Ability to network and leverage existing network to drive revenue, experience in attending conferences and creating ROI for each conference attended.Maintain a Linkedin presence with weekly posting about our services, case studies, etc.Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business. This may include cold calls, presentations/proposals, in-office or remote demonstrations and follow-up activity.Develop a robust prospect pipeline of opportunities by executing sales plan and agreed upon activities, including a consultative, solutions-based sales approach and customer support strategies.Set meetings with clients to discuss roadmaps, Quarterly Business Reviews, and newly identified opportunities.Provide consultative sales for clients, differentiating Managed Solution by guiding customers to a best-fit technology solution; Managed Solution's value proposition; and a thorough understanding of the client's business and technology needs.Support overall relationship with Managed Solution's customers: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction.Provide Point of Contact escalations and assist with resolution of client issues, coordinating with various internal team members, including accounting, service delivery, and project management.Lead all aspects of the sale process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management.Develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establish a clear action plan for success.Establish a trusted and strategic relationship with our client base and drive continued value of our products and services.Innovate on current service delivery, customer support, and sales processes and proactively seek ways to improve the customer experience.Penetrate assigned accounts by selling new or additional products or services to current clients and/or finding additional clients within the existing customer location.Improve customer opportunities by leveraging qualitative and quantitative analysis.Build, qualify, and manage an accurate sales pipeline in a CRM environment.Submit weekly progress/forecast reports.Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.Manage assigned customers' transition from the business development group during customer implementation.Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

Qualifications Include But Not Limited To:High school or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of sales experience in a B2B, large/strategic customer segment; or a record of achievement in the Account Manager position. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field a plus.Prior managed services provider environment preferred.Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience.Proven track record in B2B sales.Strong professional communication, presentation, and written skills.Exceptional active listening skills to understand customer's business needs (both spoken and implied).Ability to sell value add and upsell.Proactive, self-starter attitude.Open to coaching and undeterred by rejection.Demonstrated openness to coaching and feedback regarding activities and technology solutions.Highly organized.Demonstrated ability to strategically manage time, resources, and efforts.Results driven and detail oriented.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.Ability to drive opportunities to close.Ability to accurately forecast monthly revenue and profit numbers for territory.Comfortable working in a metric driven organization.Strong relationships with at least one of our key partners (DellEMC, Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare or similar).

Technical Skills/Competencies:Excellent proficiency with standard business application software (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)Proficiency with CRM software (ConnectWise a plus).Proficient understanding of major IT concepts (cloud, virtualization, networking, servers, OS, etc.)
