We are hiring for an Architecture & Design Manager in Houston where you'll grow relationships with A+D firms.What You Will Be Doing:As the Architecture & Design Manager (ADM), you are responsible for opportunity creation within assigned design firms. You will identify opportunities through new business development efforts including promoting and positioning the entire Steelcase Inc portfolio (including partners). You will lead and/or support opportunities within owned firms to increase the number of wins within targeted firms.Our ADM’s spend their days working with design firms as well as assigned dealer designers to generate new opportunities for Steelcase Inc. and our partner brands by leading with all Steelcase products and partners driving specifications. They develop strategies for their firms and utilize their Regions INC team to grow our opportunities across all brands and categories.Your Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships within targeted design firms to drive specifications of our portfolio and partners.Focus on activities to uncover new opportunities within targeted firms.Leverage Steelcase research and portfolio to educate and inform design firms of trends and shifts related to people and place.Educate designers on our portfolio of products for specification purposes.Develop design firm strategies and utilize opportunity strategies for owned opportunities to determine how we will win and everyone’s appropriate role on the project team.Participate in account strategy for the firms and planning for strategic accounts associated with owned firms.Work with assigned dealer designers to position our product portfolio (including partners) and drive discretionary specifications for project opportunities.Align with local dealer on A&D focused marketing efforts and branding strategies.Your Future Team:Your role will be based in Houston.
