Central Engineering organization provides the most advanced and critical analog IPs to all business groups within Marvell: including Data Center, Networking, Automotive, Storage, Security. You'll be part of a key analog team that makes an outsized impact not only the organization but also to the technological arc of innovation in the field of High Speed SerDes Links. The team has the perfect size and scale for you to learn several aspects of design engineering that will be new to you, but also have the time and freedom to dive deep into the details of your specialization on most projects.What You Can ExpectAs a Staff Analog Design Engineer, you would be designing highly optimized and industry leading circuit solutions for high speed SerDes in the state-of-the-art process nodes. You would be doing hands-on, 'roll-up-the sleeve' design of high speed analog circuits such as Wideband front ends, PLL, DLLs, ADCs, DACs CTLE/Filters, TX, RX, CDRs etc.Your work would swing between circuit design, architecture development, silicon debug and give you a holistic view and expertise in full-cycle development. You would also be collaborating with system architects and a global team of circuit and physical designers to build best in class serial link circuits for various applications and space.What We're Looking ForMS/PhD (preferred) with focus on analog design.Work or research experience in one or more of the following focus areas of analog design: ADC/DACs, PLL, Timing circuits, CDRs, Front ends, Regulators, SerDes.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other functional teams such as: Layout/ Physical design, Digital design and Validation for the successful development, release, and support of complex mixed signal IPs.Keen eye for analog layout in deep submicron technologies and supervision of the same to get the key performance for high-speed design.Excellent debug skills to drive test plans and support validation for full cycle development of IPs and products.Expected Base Pay Range (USD)106,180 - 159,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
