You can do all this and more at UCLA Health.As the Senior MRI Technologist, you will perform basic and complex MR imaging procedures as well as post-processing responsibilities. This will require an in-depth understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology. Advanced imaging skills and techniques would be demonstrated by competence in 3 or more of the following advanced imaging applications:cardiac and advanced cardiac/CVMR, peripheral vascular/PVMR, and/or neurovascular - EPI applications: DWI, PWI, DTI, ASLBrain, or Breast, or ProstateMR Enterography, MR Defecography, and MR Prostate with endo-rectal coilMR Guided fine needle breast and/or prostate biopsiesFibroid tumorsSalary Range: $50.66 - $66.85 HourlyQualifications
3 years MRI Experience - requiredLicenses
ARRT, CRT - required. MR certificate requiredARRT, ARMRIT (MR) - required
Venipuncture certificate - requiredBCLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - requiredGraduate from an AMA Radiologic Technologist Program - requiredAA or BS - preferredSiemens experience - preferredDemonstrates competence in modifying protocols as required to produce optimal diagnostic images.Demonstrates ability to train additional MR staff in addition to performing the advanced procedures without direction themselves.
