Job OverviewNexus is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and close top-tier technical talent. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, coupled with your understanding of the startup ecosystem and technical roles, will be instrumental in building our team of world-class engineers, cryptographers, and mathematicians.

ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment processes for technical roles, from sourcing to closing candidatesDevelop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of top-tier technical talentCollaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptionsConduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fitManage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with interviewers, and gathering feedbackNegotiate offers and close candidates, serving as a brand ambassador for NexusContinuously refine and improve our recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experienceStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in technical recruitingContribute to building and maintaining a positive team culture and employer brand

Requirements5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a preference for startup experienceProven track record of successfully sourcing and closing top-tier technical candidatesDeep understanding of various technical roles and the ability to assess technical skillsStrong network within the tech industry and experience recruiting for highly competitive marketsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build relationshipsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a can-do attitudeStrong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach to recruitingPassion for technology and ability to understand and articulate technical concepts

Bonus PointsBachelor or advanced degree in a technical field or related disciplineExperience in diversity and inclusion recruiting initiativesExperience with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategiesExperience in organizing or participating in tech recruiting events or hackathonsFamiliarity with cryptography, blockchain, or related fieldsExperience with data-driven recruiting and analytics tools such as Ashby
