Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.Experience with managing Kubernetes deployment.Experience working with customers on public cloud.Experience working with early stage hardware platforms.Experience running industry standard AI/ML workloads (e.g., NeMo Megatron, MLPerf, LLaMa 2), or similar.Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.Experience in working under tight deadlines and prioritizing work to meet business goals.Experience in managing customer reported issues.Experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) or Slurm.Experience with Linux system administration.About the job

Participate in bring-up activities for the latest GPUs and CPUs, validating correct and performant behavior.Understand the factors that impact application performance such as memory and network bandwidth, network latency, concurrency, I/O performance, compute-bound vs network bound vs I/O bound applications, etc.Be able to run experiments to determine causes of application failure or slowdown and apply mitigations to improve performance.Define requirements for new products, and define and validate how those products can benefit AI/ML and High Performance Computing (HPC).
