The selected individual will be the key link between small- and medium-tier customers, covering distribution partners, component manufacturers, and DaaP/API users. This role will respond to requests and complaints swiftly, coordinating communication around issues and providing an amazing experience for customers. Over time, this function will provide input to strengthen internal processes and conduct projects to drive higher revenue and help the business achieve its KPI’s.A Day in The Life of Our Customer Success Managers:The selected individual's mission is to provide an excellent experience to customers through rapid and effective issue resolution while working with the internal team to advocate for the voice of the customer.Expected Outcomes:Customers will be onboarded quickly and accuratelyCustomers will have a positive onboarding experienceCustomers will want to spend more with all hiring company OrganizationsAchieve revenue targetsWho You Are and What You'll Need for This Position:Experienced. 5-7 years minimum client services, customer support, and or sales support rolesEnthusiastic.
