A community-driven clinic in Southern Oregon is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician seeking Medical Directorship responsibilities to oversee their established clinic. New grads or physicians seeking a standard clinic role with no administrative responsibilities will also be considered.
Candidates that are wishing to treat an underserved patient population while experiencing a quality of life-focused practice are encouraged to apply and learn more about all that Southern Oregon has to offer!
The Opportunity
Outpatient-only schedule - 4-days of clinic and 1 admin day for Medical Directorship Responsibilities
Treat on average 8-14 patients a day
No Call, No Nights, and No Weekends
Up to $300,000 Guaranteed Base Salary and $20,000 Sign-on Bonus/Retention Bonus
Qualify for Federal and State Student Loan Repayment
