As a Senior Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will partner with our SVP of Product to source, recruit, and close talented professionals to join the Verkada Product team. You’ll have exposure to a number of roles across the Product organization, from MBA interns, to Product Pricing Strategy and Operations roles, as well as multiple levels of Product Managers. We are one of the fastest-growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to our continuous growth and success.Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source passive talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver offers, and close top candidatesDevelop relationships with the Product team and contribute your expertise on effective hiring strategies for the marketMake compelling presentations to candidates about Verkada and the Product teamOrganize and host remote and on-campus University Recruiting eventsPartner with teammates to make improvements to our hiring processes as we continue to scaleRequirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited university7+ years of successful full-cycle technical recruitingConsistently able to generate a well-targeted and high-quality candidate pipeline for complex and difficult to find rolesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on timely and transparent communicationAbility to influence and collaborate with hiring managers using a data-driven approachAdept at managing competing priorities and navigating a fast-paced startup environmentCommitment to excellence and top performancePlease note: this role is fully onsite in our HQ - San Mateo, CA; not hybrid or remote.Preferred Qualifications
