As a People Partner, you help close the gap with managers on executing programs designed to attract, develop, reward, and retain our employees.Responsibilities:

Partner with assigned client group to drive meaningful and effective talent, performance, and programs.Recommend process efficiency to help enable business scale.Bring critical thinking to help leaders with the development of their management capability, employee development, rewards, and retention ultimately resulting in a higher level of manager and employee engagement.Use data and analytics to help inform and influence decisions. Be curious and ask why in service of developing the best possible product for our leaders and employees.Demonstrate and engage partners across the HR function, your assigned client group, and other support functions to deliver the best possible outcomes that build value for our business, customers, and employees.Be the consultant to help managers build their skills in the business of people management.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or other related field.3-5 years of Human Resources BP or related HR experience.Experience working in large global multinational corporations.Experience partnering with executive leaders on HR initiatives.Prior success influencing and inspiring change plans with leaders.Shown success in tying people-based solutions in service of business strategy and crafting value through people that impacts results for the business.RingCentral’s People team recruits, supports, and rewards the talented people who are reimagining the world of communications. to learn more about how we can assist you.If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $74,900 and $107,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
