About the Role:

AngelList is rapidly scaling its software go-to-market organization in support of its industry-first ERP software for private fund managers. We are looking for a revenue ops leader to drive the vision and implementation of systems and processes that will increase the productivity of the team.

In this role, you will directly support the Head of Sales in daily operations and work broadly across functions within the AngelList organization to support its growth strategies.

You will:

Help us build and support our go-to-market strategy to support our pre and post sales teams.

Identify, implement, and own the tools and systems needed to drive productivity. Lead the strategic integration of Salesforce and other relevant systems (Outreach, Preqin) to streamline our sales operations.

Create dashboards and enhance existing ones to provide reliable insights into the state of Sales and Customer Success. Develop and implement robust reporting and analytics strategies, focusing on pipeline management, forecasting, and territory development. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Refine the sales team compensation and incentive structure including: plan elements, attainment criteria, base/variable.

Optimize sales processes and enablement strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and goals across the organization.

You have:

7+ years of experience working in revenue operations in a software or technology company.

Strong functional skills in Salesforce, systems integration, reporting, and analytics.

Experience in sales process optimization and enablement.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ideally, experience working in our tech stack: Outreach, Preqin, Salesforce, Gong, Metabase.

A deep love of startups and passion for understanding the infrastructure of venture finance.

How Success will be Measured in this Role:

Revenue Impact:

ability to drive revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and enhance deal velocity as measured by trends in conversion rates, deal sizes, and average cycle times.

Operational Efficiency:

streamlining sales processes through the implementation of measurable improvements in onboarding/enablement, reporting, and sales tools.

AngelList has offices in two hub cities:

San Francisco and New York City that you can choose to work from. We’re focused on hiring within these hubs and people within 1 hour travel distance of the hub offices are expected to come into the office twice per week. From time to time, we will make rare exceptions for new hires if they need to be fully remote.
