What We Do
Product management on the Fortnite Ecosystem Integrity team partners with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes that make Fortnite an ecosystem that welcomes all audiences with player safety in mind.What You'll Do
As a Senior Product Manager on the Fortnite Ecosystem Integrity team, you will collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive online safety and compliance initiatives for the Fortnite Ecosystem. You will use creative and analytical skills to identify opportunities, define product strategy, support roadmap development, execute live operations and contribute to strategic planning.In this role, you will
Define measurable feature and initiative goals as well as create detailed business and product requirements.Guide design and technical specifications related to Fortnite online safety and regulatory compliance.Take accountability for the adoption and success of features and products, both internally and externally.Create experiments to test hypotheses in partnership with design and development teams.Establish MVPs while considering long-term scalability for future sequencing that has dependencies on multiple teams running at the same time.Maintain a live backlog, balancing the needs of internal and external stakeholders.Partner with Analytics, Player Insights, UX Research, and other Product Managers to answer business and design questions through mock-ups, user reach, and iterative releases.What we're looking for
6+ years of Product Management experience in live operation consumer-facing products.A demonstrated track record of delivering incremental, meaningful improvements to tools, content, or processes to customers or users. Experience building online safety products is a plus.Highly collaborative with many tools in your quiver to help bring perspectives together to get things done.Demonstrated ability to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.Experienced in building products involving regulatory requirements, and adept at working with legal, compliance and policy teams towards shared outcomes.Skilled in defining and tracking success metrics that matter, and comfortable working with data tools to support your understanding.Experienced with conducting user research to inform your perspective on what problems are critical to solve, and the efficacy of different approaches to solve them.Experienced in advocating for the needs of your customers and users, with excellent communication and presentation skills.EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE
