We are in search of an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide unwavering support to a CEO (and another executive at times). In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, from heavy calendar/meeting/email management to orchestrating domestic/international travel plans to meticulously handling correspondence.If you thrive in a fast-paced hybrid work environment and are looking for a unique opportunity with a multinational company, we invite you to apply.What You'll Do:

Administrative Excellence: Offer top-tier administrative support to the CEO (and at times another senior official or two).Calendar Mastery: Expertly manage and update daily calendars for the CEO, overseeing appointments, meetings, and travel modifications.Communication: Handle the CEO's email, incoming mail, and packages with precision.Document Dynamo: Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, such as managing bills, invoices, reports, and other documents for the CEO.Message Conductor: Receive incoming communications on behalf of the CEO, assess their significance, and summarize or distribute content to the appropriate team members.Desired Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with that people person mentality.Profound time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, even during moments of heightened pressure.Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record-keeping systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software, with a quick aptitude for learning new or updated software.What's In It For You:
