About The Job

Provides executive administrative support to the Head of Fixed Income Sales and Head of Equity Strategy and Sales, performing diversified administrative and clerical duties as assigned. Often exposed to sensitive or confidential information, the Executive Assistant manages the day-to-day administrative operations, schedules meetings, and acts as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests in the office. Integrity, confidentiality, superior interpersonal skills, proactive & detail-oriented with strong organizational skills are some of the important competencies for the role.

Essential Job FunctionsUnder general supervision, provides administrative support to the executive leaders and their teams to include planning, executing, maintaining and coordinating complex calendar of meetings, travel and logistics, expense reports, various system entries and tracking.Act as liaison between Executives and all internal departments and external business associates to ensure that all matters are attended to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.Responsible for meeting coordination, communication tools, video conferencing and scheduling, and organizing proper venue/room setup as needed.Plan, coordinate and execute multiple meetings and events simultaneously with ability to adapt to changing priorities.Manages day-to-day office operations, composes written communications as needed.Serve as a point person by registering visitors, ordering supplies, reserving conference rooms, etc.Assists with various material and presentation preparation within Excel, Word, or PowerPoint while sourcing information from other systems and/or databases.Collect and organize documents from Executive’s direct reports.Cultivates a positive work environment to promote teamwork, high performance and positivity.Assists with special projects for events, new processes or projects and presentations as they arise; exercises judgment and reasoning skills.Consistently follows through on deadlines and projects, taking initiative on all work requests, providing status updates to Executives and team as needed.Proactively anticipates needs and issues and takes action to resolve challenges.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent experience3+ years relevant experience supporting executive managementStrong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookDemonstrated problem solving, relationship-building and interpersonal skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentExcellent attention to detail, organization and accuracy of workWith direction, solves problems and anticipates needsHandles confidential information with discretionBasic knowledge of financial industryAbility to quickly learn new tools and technologiesAbility to work in the office a minimum of three days (T, W, & TH) each week, with additional days as needed.Job Posting Expiration Date: 08/28/2024KeyCorp is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.
