This will give Altera the autonomy and flexibility it needs to fully accelerate its growth and more effectively compete in the FPGA industry, which serves a broad array of markets, including the data center, communications, industrial, automotive, aerospace and defense sectors.This position is associated with that standalone business strategy and is expected to fully transition to a standalone company at some time in the future.Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Management Systems Manager to join Altera's Human Resources team. As an HRMS Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) function. You will lead the design and maintenance of the HRMS in support of the organization's data management and reporting needs for informed decision making. You will oversee the optimal function of the HRMS platform, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules. You will perform quality checks and approve the efficiency and effectiveness of all HR systems and programs prior to implementation. You will lead all organizational compliance audits related to HR systems, ensuring timely responses and assure delivery of systems support and information technology to business needs.As an HRMS Manager, you will also be responsible for enabling your team to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. You will drive results by inspiring people, role modeling Altera values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate profound knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday, including implementation of new Workday instances, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of Workday functionalities.Manage the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules such as HCM, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent, and performance.Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday, including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and deployment.Manage the ongoing administration and maintenance of the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy.Develop and execute a strategy for continuous improvement of HRIS processes and functionalities.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday users, addressing issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, workflows, user guides, and training materials.Deliver training sessions to HR staff and other stakeholders on the use of Workday and other HRIS tools.Closely collaborate with HR to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and design scalable and effective IT solutions to meet HR functional needs.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday tools and best practices.Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality, integrity, and security of the HRIS system and comply with relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and implement HRIS enhancements and integrations.Stay updated on Workday releases, features, and trends and provide recommendations for system optimization and automation.Supervise the implementation of consistent, compliant, and efficient HR operations management policies and practices.Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and trends in HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure solutions remain innovative and aligned with industry best practices.Manage cross-functional teams closely, including IT, HR, and business leaders, to ensure successful delivery of HRIS solutions and seamless integration with existing systems.Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, including:Proficiency in system design, integration, and implementation, with a strong understanding of data security and privacy standards.Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, configuration, security, reporting, and integration.Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions.In-depth knowledge of HR operations management policies and practices.- 5 years in a senior leadership role in HRMS/HRIS Administration with Workday.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.- 5+ years of experience:Leading Global Services team.Implementing an HR Intelligent Virtual Assistant (Chatbot).Job Type:
